Services We Provide
On-Demand Property Management
- Fixed Monthly Fee of $100 per property within city limits.
- Tenant communication and rent collection.
- Coordinating general maintenance and managing trade services.
- Prompt responses to tenant inquiries and issues.
- Quarterly property inspections within Regina city limits (additional fees for properties outside city limits).
- Additional Work or Site Visits: billed on an hourly basis.
Management of Vacant Properties
- No monthly fee while property is vacant.
- Fee structure once property is occupied:
- Month 1 of rent: 30%.
- Month 2 of rent: 20%.
- Month 3 of rent: 10%.
- Standard monthly fee resumes thereafter.
- Posting and responding to inquiries from RentFaster, Kijiji, and Facebook Marketplace. (Landlord pays for advertising costs)
- Conducting property showings and tenant application processing.
- Coordinating maintenance or upgrades with prior approval.
Additional services
- GS Operations would be happy to provide a quote for additional services such as
- Coordinating property upgrades and general maintenance.
- Comprehensive property care, such as snow removal, lawn maintenance, and landscaping projects.
